How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day and arrive the next working day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be sent the following day. For some areas further away, delivery may take up to 2 days. Your order is packed in insulated packaging to keep everything frozen and fresh during transit.

Do you deliver every day?

Yes, we deliver 7 days a week, including weekends. Orders are packed securely to ensure they arrive frozen and fresh, no matter the day.

Are you DEFRA approved?

Yes, all products from Little paws Raw Foods are DEFRA registered and approved, meaning we follow strict guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of every raw pet food product we supply.

How is the food kept fresh during delivery?

All our food is freshly prepared and frozen straight away to lock in quality. Once ordered, it’s packed while still frozen and placed in insulated boxes that keep it frozen for up to 48 hours during delivery. We recommend placing it in your freezer as soon as it arrives.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Checkout is fast, secure, and mobile-friendly.

Are delivery costs included in the price?

Yes, the price you see is the total cost, delivery and packaging are already included. No surprise fees or extra charges at checkout.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number from DPD or DHL so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival.
