This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made through the Little Paws Raw Foods website and related services (the "Services"). Little Paws Raw Foods provides high quality frozen raw dog food products, and due to the perishable nature of these items, we maintain a strict returns and refunds policy in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations.

Perishable Goods (Frozen Raw Dog Food)

All our products are perishable and frozen. As such, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless a product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described. This policy ensures compliance with UK laws, which exclude perishable goods from standard return rights. We kindly ask customers to carefully review their orders before finalising their purchase.

Reporting Issues

If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or spoiled, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. When reporting an issue, please include your order number, a clear description of the problem, and if possible, photographs of the affected product. You can report issues by emailing us at littlepawsrawfoods@outlook.com. Reports submitted after the 24-hour window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refunds & Replacements

Once we receive your report and verify the issue, we will offer a resolution in the form of either a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement of the affected item(s). Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 days of approval. We strive to resolve all verified issues promptly and fairly.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items reported more than 24 hours after delivery, products that have been opened, used, or stored incorrectly, or any item purchased during a promotional sale unless it is proven to be faulty. All products must be handled and stored according to our recommended guidelines to remain eligible for resolution.

Proof of Purchase

To process any refund or replacement request, customers must provide proof of purchase. This can include an order confirmation email, a digital receipt, or any other valid documentation that confirms the transaction. Requests without a verifiable proof of purchase may be declined.
